After the application, interview and paying up front costs and fees, you will be welcomed to move in and receive a tour of the house.

Seniors on a fixed income
We also provide affordable housing exclusively for the elderly and seniors without any disabilities. We understand that many seniors are on fixed incomes and need low-cost housing in a group home living environment. That's where we can help.

Housing For Aged Foster Care
We also provide affordable housing exclusively for aged-out foster care youth. We understand that many foster youth age out of the system without a place to call home. We want to help these young people transition into adulthood successfully by providing them with a safe and supportive place to live.

Housing for Veterans
We are proud to serve Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, both disabled and non-disabled. We understand that Veterans face unique housing needs, and we are committed to providing them with the safe, supportive, and affordable housing they deserve.
We work directly with the VA and all branches of the military to ensure that our service members have access to reliable and secure housing when they return home. We offer shared living homes to Veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area.
Our shared living homes provide a safe and supportive environment for Veterans to live with other Veterans. This can be especially beneficial for Veterans who miss the camaraderie of being in the military.

The length of stay in our program varies depending on your individual needs and goals. We will work with you to develop a plan that will help you achieve your goals and transition to independent living as soon as possible.
If you violate the rules of our program, you may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination from the program. We will work with you to understand why you violated the rules and to develop a plan to help you avoid violating the rules in the future.
